OUR VISION

Pushing boundaries.

Stichting ten Zuiden van de Grens (Foundation South of the Border) develops projects in film, literature, and digital media, aiming to highlight social issues and foster public dialogue. The focus is on productions that are investigative and/or boundary-pushing in nature, encouraging new techniques and innovative forms of storytelling. Social participation can serve as a natural narrative tool in this work.

We encourage creative talent that trusts its instinct and listens to what unfolds south of the border, beyond rational capacity. More and more, stories will emerge and be gathered simultaneously across multiple platforms. For us, the use of digital media is therefore a major focus. However, in a time of increasing digitalization, productions born of passion, humanity, and integrity are more important than ever.
